Sequence has advised Look After My Bills on its sale to GoCo Group plc, our 4th landmark Price Comparison transaction

Sequence is pleased to announce the sale of founder-owned Look After My Bills (“LAMB”), one of the fastest growing energy savings services in the UK, to GoCo Group plc for up to £12.5m.

The transaction cements Sequence’s position as the leading adviser to digital media & tech companies in the price comparison value chain. The Sequence team has advised on successful landmark sales of leading independent businesses in the space:

LAMB has developed into one of the fastest growing energy savings services since appearing on BBC Dragon’s Den in 2018, where they were awarded the best equity deal in the show’s 13-year history. LAMB has now built a significant customer base in excess of 150,000 live customers.

GoCo Group plc operates GoCompare, a leading UK financial services, utilities and home services comparison website; weflip, an innovative switching service that uses technology to automatically flip people onto cheap energy tariffs; MyVoucherCodes, which is a digital media and affiliate marketing specialist that connects consumers with money saving offers from the world’s leading brands and Energylinx, an established energy switching and comparison service with more energy supplier relationships than any other UK comparison provider.

“We were delighted with the invaluable advice from the Sequence team from start to finish. They assisted throughout the process and their knowledge of the price comparison and digital media space enabled us to achieve this fantastic outcome”
