Clients span the best known digital brands, innovative technology companies, major corporates and financial investors. Before setting up Sequence Advisers to focus on providing the best possible corporate finance advice to Digital & Tech companies, Toby worked at blue-chip investment banks and leading boutiques, including Schroders/Citigroup and Longacre/Jefferies.

Graham cofounded Sequence Advisers in 2016 to advise on landmark transactions in the digital, entertainment, B2B, adtech and gaming markets for entrepreneurial companies, private equity backed firms and publicly listed companies. Graham advises on mid-market fundraisings, mergers, acquisitions and disposals and previously Graham was at technology boutiques Arma Partners, IBIS Capital and Ingenious Corporate Finance.

Sam joined Sequence Advisers in 2017 and prior to joining Sequence Sam worked in Deloitte’s TMT corporate finance team and Ingenious Corporate Finance as well as a Private Equity-backed financial services consolidation vehicle.

In his role at Sequence, Sam specialises in financial modelling and works on all aspects of project management and delivery of both sell-side and buy-side transactions.
