The transaction cements Sequence’s position as the leading adviser to Digital & Tech companies in the ticketing value chain. Sequence’s recent transactions in ticketing include the sale of Encore Tickets, the investment into London Theatre Direct and now the sale of Stagedoor.

Co-founded by Sir Howard Panter and Dame Rosemary Squire in 2017, Trafalgar Entertainment is a premium international live entertainment business focused on new productions, venue ownership, Performing Arts education, theatre ticketing, the distribution of live-streaming innovative content and the provision of amazing spaces where people can come together to share in the experience of live entertainment.

“It was a pleasure working with Sequence on seeing this to completion. Their experience in successful ticketing transactions and sound advice throughout the transaction process helped us to achieve this successful outcome for Stagedoor and Trafalgar Entertainment”
