About The Role – Join Sequence Advisers as a Corporate Finance Analyst in our London office.
You’ll work alongside senior professionals on high-impact transactions across the digital and technology sectors—supporting founders, investors and corporates from initial planning through to deal completion.

What We Need You To Do

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings.
  • Analyse company financials and market data to provide clear valuations and recommendations.
  • Prepare high-quality client materials including pitch decks and information memoranda.
  • Contribute to financial planning, due-diligence and transaction execution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment to deliver exceptional results.

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical abilities with solid finance and accounting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, planning and preparation of financial statements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working independently and within small, high-performing teams.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CFA or ACA are advantageous.
  • Prior internship or work experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields is helpful but not essential.
