Graham has advised on the structuring and negotiation of over £1 billion of mid-market transactions across fundraisings, mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Prior to co-founding Sequence, Graham worked at Digital Economy corporate finance advisers Arma Partners.

Toby has been advising on transactions with leading Digital & Tech-enabled companies for over 25 years. Toby has worked at Investment Banks (Schroders/Citigroup, Jefferies) and leading boutiques (LongAcre).

Sam has over a decade of experience in M&A. He has worked with a broad range of clients including Private Equity backed, founder owned and publicly listed companies across Digital & Tech-enabled industries. Previously Sam worked at Deloitte and Ingenious Corporate Finance.

Oliver has broad experience in advising on Corporate Finance services across Digital & Tech-enabled industries. He is also Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and hold the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification. Prior to joining Sequence, Oliver worked at Hargreaves Lansdown and number of leading boutiques.
