Sequence announces it has advised on the sale of GiveMeSport to Snack Media

Sequence is pleased to announce that it has advised on the sale of GiveMeSport, the number one sports publisher on Facebook with 25 million followers, to Snack Media. The combination will create one of the the largest sports media web platforms in the UK and largest globally on Facebook.

GiveMeSport was founded in 2012 and has grown to become the number one sports publisher on Facebook with 25 million Facebook followers, which is more than ESPN (20 million) or SkySports (12 million). GiveMeSport is being sold by Bragg Gaming Group Inc. (TSXV:BRAG) following a strategic review conducted by Sequence. Bragg is a next generation gaming group and owner of ORYX Gaming, an innovative B2B gaming technology platform and casino content aggregator.

Snack Media is a leading independent sports digital media company with over 30 million sports fans, specialising in multi-channel content creation, distributed at scale, through data driven engagement strategies. Snack’s digital publishing partners include The National Football League (NFL), Football Fancast and The Cricket Paper. Snack reported over 500 million global ad impressions on approximately 400 websites.
